Presenting Eden Elizabeth

Update: Jamie phoned and says she's feeling much better today and actually was able to eat breakfast. She's still extremely tired, but let's face it - she's been through a lot - she only finished working full time last Friday! But I was so glad to hear her voice sounding stronger. Thanks for all your good wishes.

Hi everyone! Well, the baby is a true princess! She looks a lot like her brother when he was born except she's so much daintier. It was wonderful to hold that little bundle of joy in my arms and I didn't want to let her go back to her parents.

Poor Jamie, though, is not feeling very well today. Whatever they gave her for the C-section has made her feel so sick and dizzy and she's pretty much out of it. But the baby has "latched on" quite well and that part is working so she's definitely thriving.

And Daddy Jason changed his first dirty diaper while we were there. He's being so good to my daughter taking care of her and is a joyful new papa.

Noah got to hold his baby sister and keeps talking about his being a "big brudder." He's sound asleep now and I'm going to get some sleep as soon as I finish this.
